The problem
Without reporting from the floor, it is hard to know what stage each unit is at, who handled it and when.
What I built
A mobile reporting screen: the worker scans the QR sticker on the unit and reports in one tap: work started, packed and ready, or broken. The status, and who reported it and when, update instantly.
How it works
- Every unit carries its own QR sticker.
- Scanning it with a phone opens the unit's card: order, customer section, size and finish.
- One tap reports the stage. A report tapped by mistake can be undone.
- The report is saved with the worker's name and time, and feeds the status boards.
