Answers customers in Hebrew from the business's own information, and prepares a lead summary with a name and phone number for the team.

The problem
Customer enquiries come in at all hours, and some are left unanswered or without details to call back.
What I built
A demo of a Hebrew assistant for a fictional renovation company. It answers questions from the business's list of services, says honestly when something is not on the list, and collects a name and phone number so the team can call back.
How it works
- The customer asks, and the assistant answers only from information the business defined.
- When asked about something that is not on the list, it says so and offers to take the customer's details.
- At the end of the conversation a lead summary is created. In a full version it is sent to the owner on WhatsApp or by email, or goes straight into the CRM.
